Discover the wildest and most spectacular coastline of the Costa Brava
Integral expedition of the Natural Park of Cap de Creus by sea kayak from the French border to the geographical end of Cap de Creus, the Bay of Roses. It is the legendary Route of the Great Capes, crossing Cape Cervere, Cap Creus and Cap Norfeu. We will sail along the wildest part of the Costa Brava.
During this trip, each participant can choose whether to do one, two or all of the stages, as each day there is transport to and from the SK KAYAK base in Llançà.
The Integral Crossing will always be accompanied by an Instructor qualified by the Canoe Federation and Official Guide of the Cap de Creus Natural Park.
The trip is done in double or single sea kayaks, depending on the physical and technical level of the participant. The pace of paddling is relaxed to enjoy every moment and every corner. However, everyone who participates in this trip must demonstrate previous sea kayaking experience, or take the beginners and advanced course.

Important information
- Closed footwear that can get wet (old trainers, crocs, booties, etc.)
- Swimming trunks or trousers that can get wet.
- Thermal T-shirt or lycra that can get wet.
- Spare clothes and towel to change into when we finish the activity.
- If we wear glasses, some kind of strap to hold them so we don’t lose them.
- Sunglasses, sun cream
- Camping equipment (Sleeping bag, blanket, hammock…)
- Food and Water for 3 days (Cooking prohibited inside the Park)
- Sea kayak (closed) double or single depending on the experience of the participant.
- Lifejacket, bathing cover, paddles, windbreaker and neoprene if necessary.
- Pond bags
- Guide qualified by the Canoeing Federation and by the Cap de Creus Natural Park with good knowledge of the area.
